Policy

Relax, your portraits will look great.  Dennis Crane Photography does everything we can to make sure you get the portraits you want. If you do not like your photography, we will photograph you again. If you are not satisfied with the finished photographs, we will redo those too. We are confident that you will love your portraits.

Session fees are due on the day of the photography. Session fees are for the work done in creating the images and cannot be applied to portrait packages orders. If you are unsatisfied with your photography, we will be happy to rephotograph; however, no refunds can be made. Saturday appointments require a pre-paid session fee which cannot be refunded if you miss your appointment.

You may order from as many poses as you would like. There is never an additional per-pose charge.  ALL orders placed for photography must be pre-paid.  Because we retouch and print your portraits, your order will be ready in a much quicker time frame. Photographs larger than 11×14 may take longer; however, you are welcome to pick up the rest of your order as soon as it is ready.

The photography business is closed between December 20th and January 15th.

During our busy holiday season, November 10th through December 20th, we will not process any wedding album orders. Our concentration is on our Christmas portraits and their timely delivery to our customers. Wedding internet orders for loose photographs can be placed and the studio will attend to them in the order in which they are received. Thank you for understanding.
